Enter local fishing tournaments, take ghost walks, or visit the 5-sided Civil War Fortress Fort Macon,  see the Maritime Museum or the newest NC Aquarium or search for sand dollars, conches and starfish on the best shelling beaches you’ve ever seen. Or just sit and watch the sun set over the dunes with nothing but the sound of seagulls and waves to remind you of what life’s all about.

 

And for the kids, NC offers some of the best summer camps on the east coast.  For Camp Parents... we have specials for just your camp pick-ups and drop-offs.  Just time for you and yours to spend time alone until the young ones arrive back into your loving but well rested arms.  During the weekend of camp drop-offs, we'll have an Beachin' Clam Bake, Oyster Roast or a Good Ole' Eastern North Carolina Pig Pickin' so that parents can get to know each other and nourish the heart and tummy in the most wonderful place on planet earth.......
